I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Technology from The Ohio State University, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction. My career began in the apparel industry, where I progressed from Executive Administrator to Head of Operations. During this time, I automated operations, led global teams, and scaled company revenue from 6 to 8 figures.

In 2020, I founded Offsite-Team to help serial entrepreneurs scale their businesses through outsourcing while creating job opportunities in developing nations. In this time, we have built a network of over 100 freelancers, serviced more than 35 clients, developed 12 websites, and increased user traffic by up to 300% through SEO strategies.
